Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in 6th of October. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive consultation services to clients, managing property portfolios, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales and lease agreements. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and delivering tailored guidance to meet client goals.
Qualifications Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with an understanding of market trends and investment strategies Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders Proven expertise in Sales and relationship management to achieve and exceed targets Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in a similar role and a valid real estate license are preferred Proficiency in relevant software tools and fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
