Key Account Sales Manager

          Manage Key Accounts:

  • Handle and develop relationships with major retail clients such as Carrefour, Saudi, Hyper One, and other large supermarket chains.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client.

    Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities specific to key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure alignment of account strategies with company goals for revenue and profitability.

    Contract & Negotiation Management:
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements.
  • Ensure terms maximize profitability while maintaining long-term client relationships.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track sales performance and KPIs for each key account.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account activity, sales trends, and competitive analysis.

    Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure product availability and campaign execution.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs, market trends, and product performance.

    Market & Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities in the food sector.
  • Use insights to advise clients and optimize sales strategies.
