  • Administer the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support all employees with day-to-day HR inquiries, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Provide payroll inputs: attendance and leave management.
  • Manage social and medical insurance.
  • Continuously improve employee benefits: loan programs, social activities and many other perks.
  • Support in job leveling, job design, job description, and organization development. 
  • Manage employee education and track training progress.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
