  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a consistent and fair workplace.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and overtime, and prepare related reports for management.
  • Facilitate employee performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating records and processes as needed.
  • Participate in organizing training sessions, workshops, and staff development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
