We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect with strong experience in both interior and exterior architectural design. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling design development, technical office tasks, and coordination between office and site to ensure design accuracy and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for interior and exterior projects in accordance with client requirements and project standards.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including concept, design development, and execution drawings.
• Produce accurate Shop Drawings and coordinate them with other disciplines.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Review and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Participate in design meetings and provide technical support when required.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in interior and exterior design.
• Strong knowledge of technical office work and construction documentation.
• Ability to prepare Shop Drawings, quantity take-offs, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in design software:
• AutoCAD
• 3D Max
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Ability to work both office-based and on-site as required.
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong design and visualization skills.
