Administration Officer ( Fluent In English )

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth management in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and official correspondence (letters, memos, reports).
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Support HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, and reporting.
  • Handle office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and review administrative reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor office facilities, maintenance, and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders for licenses, permits, and compliance matters.
  • Provide logistical support for training sessions, workshops, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.

7–11 years of experience in  administration, preferably in manufacturing or chemicals industry.Proven track record in managing  office administration functions.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Experience in supporting a multinational or diverse workforce is preferred.Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
