A leading company in the power generators industry is seeking to hire a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for generator products.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and distributors.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Negotiate contracts and close major deals.


Minimum 13+ years of experience in generator sales or heavy electrical equipment.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Existing market network is a strong advantage.
