 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for head office, factories, warehouses, and retail stores.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, contracts, and personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Supervise payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
  • Manage training and development programs.
