- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for flat steel production and processing.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Conduct engineering analysis such as stress, thermal, and tolerance studies to validate designs.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and evaluation to ensure performance and reliability.
- Revise and update existing designs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including specifications, BOMs, and user manuals.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical issues in production environments.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Experience with engineering analysis tools and simulation software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
