  • Build and nurture strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and hotels.
  • Understand client needs in proteins and foodservice solutions and recommend the right products to enhance menus and operations.
  • Support clients with menu planning, tastings, and product trials.
  • Develop account plans that align client objectives with Emkay Foods’ strengths in consistent supply, cold chain reliability, and tailored service.
  • Track sales performance, report progress, and meet agreed targets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Anticipate seasonal demand shifts (summer coastal operations, holidays, Ramadan) and plan stock and offers accordingly.
  • Act as the main link between hotels and restaurant accounts and Emkay’s internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
