-Participating in external certification audits and ensuring that the organization is prepared for audits.
-Issuing & reporting technical & management systems issues relevant to quality functions.
-Participating in opportunities for improvement.
-Establishing statistical analysis.
-Promoting quality achievement & performance improvement through the organization.
