Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Space22’s design standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and proactively addressing any issues or delays.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout all project phases.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections to clients for approval.
Oversee procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the project management team.
