1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.
