  • Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, assisting clients with ticketing and tourism package inquiries.
  • Process and issue airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tourism packages accurately and efficiently.
  • Advise clients on travel options, destinations, and package inclusions based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Handle payment transactions, refunds, and changes to bookings in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm bookings and resolve any issues.
  • Promote and upsell tourism packages and additional services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage travel documentation, itineraries, and vouchers for clients.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions for reporting and follow-up.
