ERP System Administrator

The ERP System Administrator is responsible for Implementing, configuring, administering, and supporting the ERP system to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and alignment with business processes. The role acts as the main point of contact between business users, IT, and ERP partners/vendors.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Administration

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system across all implemented modules.
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability.
  • Manage users, roles, access rights, and security rules.
  • Perform regular system support with all business units.
  • Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery plans.

Configuration & Customization

  • Configure ERP modules to meet all business units requirements.
  • Manage workflows, automation rules, and approvals.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and version migrations.
  • Coordinate with developers for custom modules and enhancements.

User Support & Training

  • Act as first-level support for ERP-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve functional issues and coordinate technical issues with developers or vendors.
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals and SOPs.
  • Collect user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage master data (employees, vendors, customers, products, charts of accounts).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using ERP tools.
  • Support management reporting and audits.

Integration & Security

  • Support integrations between Odoo and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, banking, BI tools).
  • Monitor system logs and user activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
