- Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media in alignment with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to create compelling visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
- Design packaging, promotional materials, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all visual content maintains consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the company’s visual presence.
- Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets, templates, and project files for future reference.
2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG sectors.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across print and digital media.Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.Ability to interpret briefs, understand project objectives, and translate them into effective visual solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with print production processes and preparing files for various output formats.
