We are looking for a talented Technical Interior Designer, the ideal candidate must be will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and documentation for commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential projects.
Key responsibilities & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
Produce comprehensive interior design documentation including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, and details.
Develop technical details, schedules, and specifications in compliance with building codes and standards.
Coordinate with different teams such as concept designers, MEP, structural and FF&E.
Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Demonstrable portfolio with a strong experience in delivering high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up.
5- 8 years of professional experience in technical interior design, with a focus on high-end projects.
Residences of 6th October or Shaikh Zayed are Preferred.
