Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate features into business benefits.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and documentation.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
