- Develop and manage production plans and schedules in line with sales orders and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with production, cutting, sewing, finishing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Monitor capacity planning, line loading, and manpower utilization.
- Track production progress and resolve any deviations, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and continuous improvement of planning accuracy.
- Manage material availability in coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and forecasts for management.
- Support compliance with quality, efficiency, and cost control targets.
- Lead and manage the planning team and ensure adherence to planning procedures.
Proven experience as a Planning Manager / Production Planner in a garment or apparel factory (mandatory).Strong knowledge of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing).Experience in capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
