·Identify the problems related to the company devices and the maintenance work (changing the operating system and their program updates) and determine the specifications of the spare parts needed for repair.
·Identify problems related to the internal network and the maintenance work for it (follow-up to change cables - network points maintenance).
·Connect the company devices within the scope of the domain (Join Domain - Printer Service - File Sharing Service).
·Program and install Avaya IP Phone devices.
·Follow up on installing and locating cameras and programming their devices (CCTV-NVR-DVR).
·Install the programs for the engineering sector (Solid Works - AutoCAD - Tekla).
·Provide full remote support services within the company and all branches (Remote Control).
·Determine the technical specifications of the devices (Computers - Monitors - Printers) and equipment tools for work.
·Complete inventory count of the devices, monitors, and printers in the company.
·Manage the domain and define permissions for users and groups. (Active Directory - GPO - Users\groups).
·Participate in teamwork for system, network, application, and development, and provide them with full support.
·Prepare (notebooks) to monitor the status of computers and their accessories and record maintenance, repair, and upgrade work.
·Contact hardware and equipment suppliers when necessary and follow up on external maintenance and repair work with them.
