Role Description This is a Full-time role based at our Dokki office. The Social Media Team Leader will be responsible for managing and inspiring the social media team, planning and executing engaging content strategies, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, developing innovative campaigns, and fostering a creative and high-performing digital environment.

Qualifications Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and coordinating collaborative efforts. Strong expertise in planning, creating, and tailoring engaging content for diverse audiences. Solid foundation in digital communication, content strategy, and social media management. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills in multicultural and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and content management tools. Passion for leading teams, motivating members, and driving audience engagement.
