  • Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement,  logistics for LED lighting systems.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of componentes .
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain processes.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing demand forecasting and planning tools.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain activities, costs, and performance for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence.
