- DEPAK is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure across headquarters, factory, and multiple branch locations.

- The role involves hands-on system administration, network security, user support, and coordination with vendors, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations that support manufacturing and business
systems.

:Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Servers

  • Administer Windows Server environments (AD DS, DNS, DHCP,).
  • Manage Domain Controllers, Group Policies, user access, and permissions.
  • Maintain Hyper-V virtual machines and ensure system availability.
  • Monitor server performance, storage, and system health.

Network & Security

  • Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls (HQ & branches).
  • Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, leased lines, ADSL, and VPN connections between branches.
  • Implement and maintain IPsec VPNs, routing, and firewall policies.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and telecom providers for connectivity issues.

Cybersecurity & Protection

  • Manage endpoint protection and security tools (bitdefender Gravityzone).
  • Monitor logs, alerts, and respond to security incidents.
  • Support vulnerability scanning, audits, and security hardening activities.
  • Ensure secure backup practices and protection of critical systems.

Microsoft & Business Systems

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Support Dynamics ERP environment (cloud coordination).
  • Manage email systems, user access, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors when needed.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Manage backup solutions (Veeam).
  • Ensure successful backups for servers and virtual machines.
  • Perform restore tests and maintain disaster recovery readiness.

End-User Support

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Windows .
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
  • Support factory, warehouse, and office users with minimal downtime.
  • Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures.

:Required Technical Skills

  • Good experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing
  • Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls is a strong advantage
  • Experience with VPNs (IPsec) and multi-site networks
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skils
