1- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
Develop, update, and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
2- Standards & Regulations:
Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for the effective implementation of regulatory standards.
3- Health, Safety & Environment:
Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
4- Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in alignment with IFRS/GAAP. Lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
5- Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts in partnership with departments; conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
6- Cost Control & Profitability Improvement:
Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve margins through data-driven financial insights.
7- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity for operations.
8- Financial Analysis & Decision Support:
Provide business insights, financial models, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions, investments, and business growth.
9- ERP & Systems Management:
Utilize SAP for financial operations, reporting, and analytics; ensure financial data integrity across systems.
10- Internal Controls & Risk Management:
Strengthen internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and maintain full audit readiness.
11- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using data analytics and best practices.
Academic and professional qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA).MBA is an added advantage. Experience & Skills::10–15 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing/FMCG. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management.Strong analytical skills and proven ability to support strategic decisions.Proficiency in SAP/Oracle, Excel Advanced, and financial analytics tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
