  • BOM Preparation: Transferring data from manufacturing orders and engineering drawings into detailed Bills of Materials on the ERP system with high accuracy.
  • Coding: Creating and updating item codes (raw materials, spare parts, finished goods) according to the company's approved coding tree, ensuring no code duplication.
  • Data Management: Reviewing item descriptions and Units of Measure to ensure accuracy and standardizing naming conventions to facilitate search and procurement processes.
  • Audit & Validation: Ensuring that System Data matches actual reality and specifications required by Design and Production departments.
  • Reporting: Extracting periodic reports from the system regarding shortages, stagnant items, or any discrepancies in technical data.
