Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Review and validate attendance, overtime, leave balances, deductions, and allowances.
Ensure compliance with local labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
Prepare and execute salary bank transfers and distribute payslips.
Maintain and update payroll and employee records in the payroll system.
Handle payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports such as headcount, payroll cost, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, resignations, salary changes, and benefits.
Support internal and external audits by providing payroll data and documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information at all times.
