  • Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise and manage all on-site civil engineering activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  •  Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site logs.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered during construction.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and resources required for site activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation to support successful project delivery.
