  • Handling shipping lines for outbound and inbound shipments.
  • Coordinating with customs authorities for both export and import shipments.
  • Reviewing export and import shipping documents prior to final confirmation with suppliers or overseas customers.
  • Preparing export shipment documentation in accordance with shipping and customs requirements.
  • Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in working with ERP systems.
    Coordinating with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
  • Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
  • Maintaining accurate shipping records and documentation.
  • Resolving shipment-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Handling all banking procedures related to import and export shipments, including Form 4 requirements and customs clearance processes.
