Human Resources Specialist (Training & Recruitment)

The Human Resources Specialist (Training & Recruitment) supports HR functions related to talent acquisition, employee training, and development. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, assisting in training implementation, and supporting HR operations to ensure a strong, capable, and motivated workforce at Intertrade.

  • Post and manage job ads on platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Support department managers in the selection process and job offers.
  • Maintain updated records of applicants and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and manage new employee onboarding process (documents, contracts, orientation schedule).
  • Conduct induction sessions to introduce company policies, structure, and culture.
  • Ensure new hires receive proper guidance and integration into their departments.
  • Follow up with new employees during their first weeks to ensure smooth adaptation.
  • Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.
  • Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Track training attendance, collect feedback, and report results.
  • Support the company’s training plans related to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in preparing and following up on employee performance reviews.
  • Help ensure evaluation forms and feedback are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support general HR documentation, employee records, and HR reports.
  • Help organize employee engagement and recognition activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all HR data.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
