The Human Resources Specialist (Training & Recruitment) supports HR functions related to talent acquisition, employee training, and development. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, assisting in training implementation, and supporting HR operations to ensure a strong, capable, and motivated workforce at Intertrade.
- Post and manage job ads on platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Support department managers in the selection process and job offers.
- Maintain updated records of applicants and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and manage new employee onboarding process (documents, contracts, orientation schedule).
- Conduct induction sessions to introduce company policies, structure, and culture.
- Ensure new hires receive proper guidance and integration into their departments.
- Follow up with new employees during their first weeks to ensure smooth adaptation.
- Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.
- Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Track training attendance, collect feedback, and report results.
- Support the company’s training plans related to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing and following up on employee performance reviews.
- Help ensure evaluation forms and feedback are completed accurately and on time.
- Support general HR documentation, employee records, and HR reports.
- Help organize employee engagement and recognition activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all HR data.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
