HR Manager – Garment Factory (10 production lines), Egypt
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for sewing lines, technicians, and support staff.
Manage payroll, attendance, contracts, and compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
Develop and implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and performance evaluations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
Coordinate training, skills development, and health & safety programs for factory staff.
Report HR metrics to management and support production targets through effective manpower planning.
