Role Description This is a contract role for an on-site IT Specialist located in Ismailia. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing network systems and ensuring their optimal performance. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing network security measures, and providing support to users. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient technological operations and adhere to organizational policies.
Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly Knowledge in Information Technology systems and infrastructure Experience in providing Customer Service and technical support Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field IT certifications such as Comp TIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous
