           Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery terms
  • Continuously research and onboard new suppliers for raw materials and packaging to reduce supply risks
  • Develop and maintain contingency sourcing plans (Plan A, B, and C) to handle supply disruptions and emergencies
  • Create, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, planning, and production teams
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency without compromising quality
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and audit requirements
