  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Open new international markets and identify potential customers and distributors.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze global market trends and competitors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas customers.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare export sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in export sales within industrial or manufacturing companies (glass industry experience is a strong advantage).Proven track record in opening new markets and achieving export sales growth.Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and export documentation.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.High level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking.Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally as required.
