- Manage and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of executives
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-up actions
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and business correspondence
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support executives by preparing performance summaries and reports for decision-making
- Provide executives with accurate reports and summaries to support daily operations
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English & ArabicStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with design tools such as Canva and experience in creating visual materials & presentationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and prioritize effectivelyProfessional demeanor and strong work ethic
