Adawat Store is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers inside the store, providing product information, closing sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs in a professional manner.
- Present and sell stationery, school supplies, and related products.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle objections politely and effectively.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
