Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a highly reliable Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality clinical and technical support during joint surgeries. Your primary mission is to ensure correct product usage, surgeon satisfaction, and directly contribute to repeat business through clinical excellence and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and support assigned surgical cases inside operating rooms.
  • Prepare, check, and correctly apply implants and surgical instruments.
  • Provide real-time technical guidance to surgeons and OR staf.
  • Build professional relationships with surgeons to support repeat product usage.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse to ensure product availability.
  • Complete accurate case reports and technical documentation.
