Job Details

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly sales strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Manage the full student acquisition cycle, from lead generation and inquiry handling to enrollment closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents, guardians, schools, and the local community.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales/admissions team to ensure high performance and consistent follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, open days, events, and promotional activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and enrollment data.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM systems.
  • Handle parental inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with schools, clubs, and community organizations to expand reach.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales roles, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in an office environment.
