- Performance Leadership: Design and implement integrated production plans to ensure high throughput and on-time delivery for complex, integrated kitchen projects.
- Operational Excellence & CI: Spearhead Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives on the shop floor to streamline workflows, minimize waste (Waste Reduction), and elevate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Quality Governance & Compliance: Directly supervise Quality Control (QC Checkpoints) to ensure that all fabrication, especially Stainless-Steel welding and finishing, adheres to HACCP/NSF standards and ISO requirements for durability and hygiene.
- Resource and Budget Management: Efficiently manage operating budgets, and strategically plan Capital Expenditure (CapEx) for machinery.
- Workforce Development: Identify specialized training needs for technical staff (TIG Welders, Refrigeration Technicians) and mentor production leadership to maintain high safety and technical competency standards.
- Value Chain Management: Effectively coordinating between Procurement, Engineering, and Sales departments to ensure alignment of raw materials (especially Stainless Steel) with manufacturing requirements and project timelines.
- Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to local and international EHS regulations (Environmental, Health, and Safety). Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all departments, managing risk assessments and ensuring proper certification for hazardous equipment handling and waste disposal.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Experience from 7 years to 10 years at least 5 years in Operational Management. Certificate in lean/six sigma is a plus.Experience in Stainless-steel industry (Kitchen equipment is a plus)Residence of Giza governance.
