We are hiring – 2 Storekeepers for Makers Electronics
Location: Alexandria – Preferably residents near the Ibrahimia area
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting goods:
- Receiving shipments, matching them with purchase orders, checking quality, and recording quantities on the system.
- Warehouse organization and arrangement:
- Applying classification and labeling policies, arranging items properly, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Inventory monitoring and stock control:
- Conducting periodic inventory counts, tracking stock levels, preparing damage/loss reports, and analyzing causes.
- Issuing and delivering items:
- Reviewing issuing documents, following up on deliveries to branches or customers, and supervising loading/unloading processes.
- Using warehouse management systems:
- Recording transactions and tracking inventory using systems like Daftra and Odoo.
- Commitment and discipline:
- Completing assigned tasks accurately and adhering to working hours and company policies.
