Job Details


  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Support recruitment activities by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

  • Maintain accurate HR databases and generate regular reports.

  • Support payroll administration and ensure timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.

  • Assist in resolving employee relations matters and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.
