  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for mechanical components and assemblies.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of mechanical products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and records in accordance with internal and external requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for product failures and implement effective preventive measures.
  • Support supplier quality management by evaluating and auditing vendors for compliance with quality standards.
  • Participate in the development and review of product designs to ensure manufacturability and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the quality assurance process.
