  • El Masria For Balance is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to help grow our business in industrial fans, balancing machines, and HVAC systems.
    The role is mainly field-based, requiring visits to factories across Egypt.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to factories and industrial sites to identify new opportunities.
  • Present and promote:
  • Industrial Fans (centrifugal, axial, roof fans, production fans)
  • Dynamic Balancing Machines
  • Schenck Balancing Devices
  • Ventilation & HVAC Systems
  • Generate new leads and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers based on client requirements.
  • Follow up on quotations until deal closure.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Maintain customer database and prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
