  • Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Site supervision: Provide day-to-day field supervision for electrical work, ensuring it's performed to quality and safety standards.
  • Installation and commissioning: Supervise the installation of electrical components like switchgear, panels, and transformers. Conduct site and factory acceptance testing (FAT and SAT) for equipment.
  • Technical expertise: Solve technical issues, provide technical guidance, and develop installation procedures.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure all work and systems comply with project specifications, drawings, and all relevant safety and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical reports, design documents, and specifications.
