● Develop and implement the commercial strategy (sales, marketing, revenue).
● Drive revenue growth across all business segments.
● Oversee the Sales & Marketing team and ensure achievement of the annual target.
● Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and optimize room rates and occupancy.
● Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality communication standards.
● Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial role. MBA is a Plus.● Fluent in the English language.● Strong background in sales, marketing, and revenue management.● Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving commercial targets.● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and market analysis abilities.● Previous experience in Red Sea destinations is a strong advantage.
