  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and submit price quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in coordination with internal departments.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products/services, features, and pricing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, payment terms, and pricing structures.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (industry-specific experience is an advantage).Experience in B2B or B2C selling depending on the company sector.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Good computer skills.
