- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (industry-specific experience is an advantage).Experience in B2B or B2C selling depending on the company sector.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Good computer skills.
