- Supervise and lead field service teams in the assigned location (Cairo or Alexandria).
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for compressors, dryers, and compressed air systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical issue resolution.
- Review technical drawings and service manuals, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Plan daily tasks, assign jobs, and manage technician performance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain strong customer communication.
- Support spare parts identification, service kits preparation, and diagnostic tool usage.
- Ensure consistent execution of maintenance plans.
Experience5–7 years of experience in compressed air systems.EducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering.LanguageGood command of English (written & spoken).Technical QualificationsStrong knowledge of compressors, dryers, and compressed air components.Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience.Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals.Solid understanding of preventive & corrective maintenance.Familiarity with spare parts, service kits, and diagnostic tools.Managerial & Soft SkillsStrong leadership and team-supervision skills.Ability to coordinate field service operations in assigned location.Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.Strong planning, reporting, and organizational ability.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Additional RequirementsGood PC skills (MS Office; ERP preferred).Valid driving license.
