Job Description: ERP Development & Integration Engineer (ERP Builder)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Development and Integration Engineer (ERP Builder) with strong expertise in designing, customizing, and integrating an ERP system specifically tailored for labour outsourcing companies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The ERP Development Engineer will implement and customize the following core modules:

1. HRM and Government Compliance

Payroll System Customization: Design and configure the Payroll module to accurately calculate wages, deductions, and overtime based on approved Timesheets from Operations,

Compliance Integration: Ensure system compatibility with governmental  requirements for contract registration.


Document Management: Develop a unified registry to track expiry dates for IDs, Work Permits, and Visas, and trigger automatic alerts 90 days before expiration.

 

2. Operations and Project Management

Operations Workflow Configuration: Convert the end-to-end operational flow (from contract signing to labour assignment) into a digital workflow within the Project Management module.


Timesheet Module: Design an interface for operators to issue and review monthly Timesheets for each client, with built-in mechanisms for automatic approval and submission to the Payroll and Invoicing units.

 

Incident Management: Develop a mechanism to document daily labour incidents (absence, injury, dispute) and link them directly to the relevant Human Resources records.

 

3. Finance and Accounting (F&A)

Electronic Invoicing : Ensure the e-invoicing system complies with the requirements of the Tax and Customs Authority, and generate accurate electronic invoices upon Timesheet approval.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Configure the AR module to record payment terms for each client based on signed contracts, manage customer debt reports, and track collections.

Accounting Integration: Ensure automatic posting of General Ledger Entries (GL Entries) for payroll processing, invoicing, and collections.

 

4. General Integration and Analysis

Implement the critical integration points between the Sales (CRM), Human Resources (HRM), Operations, and Finance modules to ensure seamless data flow.

 

Design analytical dashboards (BI Dashboards) for employees and management, displaying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as collection status, Nitaqat percentage, and project performance.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

Technical Experience: 3-5 years minimum experience in developing, customizing, or implementing ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or a custom system).

 

Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Human Resources Management (HRM), Payroll concepts, and Financial Accounting (AR, GL).

 

Programming Skills (as required): Proficiency in the programming languages and scripting tools specific to the ERP platform being used (e.g., Python/XML for Odoo, or other customization tools).

 

Analysis and Design: Ability to read and translate workflow charts (Flowcharts) and business analysis requirements into executable technical specifications.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Certification in a major ERP system (e.g., Odoo Functional/Technical Certification).

 

Previous experience working within the labour outsourcing or HR services sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Fluency in both English and Arabic (conversational and technical writing)
