We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Pro Star, a fast-growing TikTok content creators network.
Your main role will be to identify potential creators, contact them, explain the network benefits, and convert them into active members.
This is a high-impact sales role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:
– Minimum 6 months of sales experience (required)
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills
– Strong negotiation and closing ability
– Ability to build long-term client relationships
– Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
– Strong time-management and daily workflow organization
– No problem appearing on camera for simple short videos when needed
– Full-time availability and on-site presence
