Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing of FMC , food&beverages materials
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
• Source and evaluate vendors
• Monitor stock levels and forecast needs
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement (F&B or retail preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
• Familiar with purchasing systems/ERP
• Good understanding of quality standards and supply chain process
