Strong ability to identify defects, conduct root-cause analysis, implement CAPA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent, high-quality production performance.
Key Responsibilities
Metal Sheet Forming Quality Control
Inspect metal sheet components produced through bending, punching, stamping, rolling, and cutting processes.
Ensure dimensional accuracy using GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerance requirements.
Identify defects such as cracks, deformation, burrs, surface imperfections, and thickness variations.
Perform in-process and final inspections, documenting all findings and deviations.
Support tooling improvement, process validation, and machine capability analysis (Cp, Cpk).
Pump Assembly Quality Control
Inspect and verify pump assembly components for alignment, torque specifications, sealing integrity, and functionality.
Conduct leak tests, performance checks, and pressure tests to ensure assembly quality.
Collaborate with assembly teams to resolve non-conformities and assembly-related issues.
Maintain inspection records, SOPs, and quality control documentation.
Gas Filling Operations Quality Control
Monitor gas-filling processes to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct pressure checks, leak tests, and cylinder/containment verification.
Inspect gas-filled units to ensure proper sealing, weight accuracy, and safe handling.
Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures for high-pressure and hazardous gases.
